THE POWER OF SLOW: 101 WAYS TO SAVE TIME IN OUR 24/7 WORLD
Peter Pamela Rose is quoted in the book, THE POWER OF SLOW: 101 WAYS TO SAVE TIME IN OUR 24/7 WORLD, by Christine Louise Hohlbaum (St. Martin's Press, 2009):
Master coach Peter Pamela Rose admits the feeling of procrastination is worse than the thing she actually fears doing. “I honestly hate the feeling of having to get something done more than getting the actual thing I need to get done completed!” She attributes her just do it mentality to discipline, a skill she has taken years to develop and is one of the core traits she coaches people to master." Once you have mastered discipline," she states, "you can accomplish anything."

Peter Pamela Rose was quoted in the October 23, 2009 Busy Moms Tips Blog by Charlene Davis:
Take Time Out to Manage Your Day
I call this “planning out your day the night before.” This tool is perhaps the
best time management skill I know. Take time out at the end of your day to plan
your next day. Literally walk yourself through the following day: when you’re
going to wake up, exercise, bathe, travel, work, etc. Always err on the side of
giving yourself more time than less. Not scheduling enough time from home to
your destination is the biggest way we mess up our schedule. It also causes us
to rush and lose our serenity, thereby throwing ourselves off what we need to
do when we finally get to our destinations.
This “planning out your day the night before” tool can be used for all sorts of
things. When I travel, I plan my schedule, pack my food, map out my travel
route, lay out my clothes – everything! It helps me save time, organize my
thoughts, eat healthy and ultimately take care of myself better.

23 TIPS TO TAKING BETTER CARE OF YOURSELF DURING HARD, ECONOMIC TIMES
Peter Pamela Rose was quoted by Thelma Pruitt and My Pampered Moments in the article, 23 TIPS TO TAKING BETTER CARE OF YOURSELF DURING HARD, ECONOMIC TIMES, published in The Dabbling Mum Magazine:
Remind Yourself That "You Can Handle This!"
Peter Pamela Rose, Master Life Coach, believes that it is impossible to remain stress-free when we cannot breathe because we feel that we cannot handle all that's being thrown at us. But by taking a little time each day to give ourselves a reality check, we can gain back control over our emotions-even if we cannot control the extenuating circumstances around us.
"It is impossible to remain in a stressed state if you can locate and get control of your breathing: your breaths. When money, family, or a relationship is robbing you of your own piece (sic) of mind, you need to focus on yourself.
Lie down on the ground with your legs bent and your feet flat on the floor. Place a small book under your head and extend your arms fully out to the side.
Inhale on the count of "one" and as you do so imagine the air going into your abdomen and pelvis. Exhale and say to yourself, "Everything is going to be alright. I can handle this."
Repeat with the inhalation on the count of "two" and imagine the air going into your body deeper that it did on the previous count. Stay focused and repeat up to the count of "ten" always saying, "Everything is going to be alright. I can handle this" on the exhalation."
